In Alamosa right at dusk like I hoped. Trip going great!!

Worn out and early bedtime tonight up early and some serious driving tomorrow.

Stereo working like a charm

Best thing is Kim and I are still talking…

Pretty sure that wouldn't be the case with my :princess:. Safe travels to you both. Great looking pig.

You bought it?
Very cool!!!
Cool and a little sad.

Jim and Bonnie - it was nice getting to wheel and hang out with you guys at those few Pig Parties. Enjoy doing whatever you do - we’ll see you down the trail.

Jon, congrats! At least we’ll get to see the Frankencruiser for a while longer here on the IPPS.

Are you staying in Alamosa tonight?
If Milagros is still there, that’s the best place to get your morning coffee…

Please stay in touch Jim and Bonnie. Always great to meet nice people, even if it was years ago. ❤️ you guys 😘
Always remember Bob introducing himself in the campground at the first Pig Party (after that epic drive from New Hampshire to Colorado in a mostly working 55). I’d earlier bought rockers and some of his patch panels.
“Brought you something,” he said, handing me a full set of his stainless threshold covers.
Like I said in another post, it’s the people and adventures the Pig gave us. The build was just the price of admission.

Finally home for the full day and making most of it in shop. Been looking for toolboxes for a few months. Searched HF stuff and was going to order the ICON brand they have but split shipping times between various parts put my delivery to end of October.
I couldn’t wait that long and ran across Stor Loc at Oshkosh airshow. Thankfully no one selling decent snap on units accepted my offers cause I pulled trigger on the Stor Loc.

No money down, chose all I wanted and they promised have it in 3 weeks. Due to some travels I pushed it out little further. It got delivered by one of their employees for no additional price. Purchased the 90” tool cabinet with 24” riser. All drawers had precut liners. Organizers for several of my drawers. Guy who delivered it told me just send a check since I wasn’t able to be there when he delivered it. Most importantly it’s made in USA with USA materials, something the company prides themselves on. All made in Illinois. Communication with the company was everything it should be, been a pleasure to work with them.

I also bought welding table which weighs in around 400 pounds.

Posts on each side of riser have ability to mount plugs and are able to accommodate full surge protector also. Which is likely what I’m going to do.

Loving it, heavy, heavy duty stuff. Have spent day loading it up.

Let the progress begin!!
