So wife hobbled out to garage, what have you decided? I say, going to get perspective from pig brothers, she laughs and hobbled away

She's all like, "Oh Mylanta, the brain trust? Here we go! Am I supposed to break out the Barry White?!?"

Speaking of water, how is the new water heater remodel working out?
Like a charm, we still have hot water! Couldn't seal the area at the bottom so there may be small family of racoons, possums or squirrels in there but if they don't bother me I won't bother them until I bulldoze it in the next month and half!

I was wondering, are you going to take the new water heater back out before you level the place?
Can you take video when you apply bulldozer to living quarters?

Excellent question TJ? I will most likely pull the newer appliances we put in the shanty shack a few years ago and donate to Habitat for humanity or someone in need.

There will need to be some form of documentation of the demo for sure. We have some old Oak tree's very close to the trailer right now, not gonna miss the branches scraping the roof above our bedroom when the wind is blowing! Because of the close proximity of the tree's burning the trailer where it sits is not an option.

The frame is apparently strapped pretty well to the Terra firma. My plans are to hammer it with the Skid steer, although jumping a car through it like something out of Smoky and the Bandit or Dukes of Hazzard has crossed my mind. Once pushed away from the cherished tree's I am gonna make a pile and light it up!

So much Winning in this post!!!

First, the thought of jumping a car through the Shack, Dukes of Hazzard style = 100%!!! Maybe get a surplus cop car and paint it orange?

Donating the new appliances is also awesome. Some family will get years worth of service from them - good on ya!

Cogburn would not get back in truck, so I’m thinking he doesn’t really like it here, left him looking at me from 20’ away

You might consider cutting (or torching) those straps before you get too feisty with the skid steer. Just a thought.

Way ahead of ya Greg. Those probably have little energy stored in them right now on the frame.

Hell it may fall apart when they are cut and be able to be put in trash bags!

I think an excavator would be more fun, get one with grappling bucket, probably have in a pile in 30 minutes
Don’t disagree with ya Don, I’ve got good sized grapple for the skid steer that should be able to do some pretty good damage or at least be able to finish what the termites have started.

I tore out our deck in Colorado with buddies excavator with a thumb, made life a lot easier. That was pre skid steer!
