If you go through the pain of dropping the headliner, I would just update to the newer style and never look back. I have looked at mine more than once in the last few month and just keep putting it off due to the time and effort needed to R&R.

Not sure what you mean by new style. But I’m not touching! I’m about so burned out on project creep on this thing.
I do know what you mean

It's not fun at all

New style is 95 and up. The whole headliner system, basically belt line up, was changed and is more user friendly when needing to do anything. From what I can find it is fairly labor intensive to get all the parts and install but after that it is really simple to drop the headliner if needed.

After nearly waiting 18 months she’s here and ready to install! @Delta VS

Well been messing with it all day, it is not a slap in on and go project. There are a lot of parts and steps. Easy now that I’ve done it. It is time consuming the first go. Got the bumper on, swing arms in, working on the latch mechanisms. Which is fairly involved.

I wish they sold this in a weld yourself kit form.

I don’t know. It’s fairly intricate. Based on the shape and design, I dont think and avg diy welder could do it. I think you’d need some serious skills to get it accurate to be honest.

Two things I need help with, I really need a fire extinguisher mount. I’ve seen the stick style mounts, which those stick fire extinguishers may have a purpose. I think they maybe lacking for my comfort level as a primary. I wish I had gotten a wits end mount. Anyone know of those floating around? I’ve seen Deltas mount on the third row mount. I think that is kinda in the way for the way I pack my gear. Anyone have any suggestions?

Also, I need some photos of the inside of an ARB bumper that has a winch in it. Mine is a non-winch model. And I want to see what internal bracing if any the winch models have. I know they have the dog ears on the front for the wire rope rollers, but those aren’t necessary for syn rope. Thanks for the help. I really just want to mod mine vs buy a new one. Even though a matching low profile delta front bumper look awesome. Just can’t pull the trigger since I have one already. Thanks!

Like to get some of yalls input. When I got this vehicle had 310k miles. My question is about rebuilding the front and rear diffs. I don’t suspect any issues. But now I’m at about 313k. I just gotta wonder how long can those bearings go! I went out on a shake out ride. Lock the diffs and drove in some sand etc. Didn’t have any issues. I’m going to drain some fluid and see how it looks. This fluid had only 1k miles of use since the rebuild. Just looking for some options.

I wouldn't worry about change the fluid a few times. Me I would wait till something needs attention before diving into diff rebuild.

Are you talking about your diffs or knuckles and wheel bearings?

If I'm unsure, I'd inspect the diff fluid, drain the old, and replace it with new. Otherwise, leave it alone.

I’m talking about just the diffs fwd and rear. Knuckles, wheel bearings, axle seals are brand new. I just didn’t touch the diffs. So I’m just thinking of bearings inside there after 313k miles I’ve got to assume they’re getting close??
