I'm curious if any MUD members know this truck in Albuquerque. It was on Craigslist and I snagged it. It looks like a good honest truck! Two owners (One owner for 30+ years). Original paint, very stock, little rust in the rear, no PS. Just needs some lovin!

Truck was never used for work. I loaded cinder block in the bed once. Since I was in the area and we had some leftover from a job so I swung by and took it home. That's it besides that the only thing this truck has ever carried is RC cars.
It does have an intermittent air bag light. Come on for a few days then off back and forth.
Low air pressure light on. I checked the tires air is right on. I think there is a bad sensor.
Truck will need tires soon.

The frame has a hole in it from rust and the one front fender is pretty rotted out. It's too much work for me to try and fix but thought I would pass it on. He sent me pictures of the rust if anyone wants to see. Allegedly the interior is mint and the engine is strong....allegedly.

Please give opinions! I am shopping for an 80 series, would like to stay under $5k. This 91 model seems to be in good condition and well taken care of. I spoke to the seller and he seems to be genuine and forthcoming about any problems. This price seems a bit high for the age, but condition is a lot for me. Please give any opinions.

Well, I love the truck but I have an urge to build up the FJ75. If i am going to head down that road i should free up some space and coin.
In the back of my mind i think i am going to regret this decision.
The vehicle has 110,000 km on it. The 5 speed is gone in favor of the R141 gearing that works very well with the 2.29 t/case and 35s.
The engine is a 5 cyl diesel with aftermarket mapped turbo that pulls damn nice.
the exhaust is 3" SS front to back.
the lift is 3" and will clear 36" tractor tires or 35" street tires.
The winch is a 12V 8274 running on 24V, fast, strong, reliable.
