Located in Florida..1987 with 138k,recent front brakes, new 4 shocks, no rust but have a dent on lower rear driver side panel. i have a pristine dash pad that i dont have it mounted yet,a/c work, interior very nice besides normal driver seat wear, oem rims, rear camping drawers,factory roof rack(if you can call that) Any way ..looking for a 1994 up fj80 with decent miles,not locked.

I'm interested in a diesel LC and wanted some input on what I could expect to pay. I had my eye on a 1984 HJ60 in south Georgia but it sold before I could make an offer. I'd like a diesel for the better fuel economy.
I could use some help in recommendations of what to look for. Any particular year, etc? What $ should I anticipate for a turn key cruiser? I'm not looking for a rock crawler - I will use it as a DD, run to the hardware store, drive on the beach vehicle.
I should be seriously in the market in the spring. Any tips or leads would be appreciated.

I'm throwing this out here to see if anyone is interested in trading their cruiser for something more economical.
Our family is growing, so we'd like to get something for the :princess: with a little more room. She doesn't drive more than ~4K miles a year, so fuel economy isn't a huge issue for us.

Well folks again wife & I are going the tow rig/ trailer route & the camper will be located on the gooseneck so the little camper has to go.
This was purchased after owning a pop up & all I can say is night & day difference.
No more traveling & have to wait for it to stop raining to setup camp, or while traveling having to find a place to stay vs. just crashing at a Wal-mart or somewhere.
For two people this is perfect, all the items of home that a 80 can pull or a 60.
Trailer has elec. brakes, via a 7 pin connector.
Deep cycle battery.
Fridge is 3 way.

I have a completely stock 1997 Toyota Landcruiser full time 4x4 the last year of the 80 series land cruisers in great condition with both Front and Rear lockers. The SUV has 195,000 miles, and both the exterior and interior are in great condition. Brand new tires and exhaust, grill guards, and tail light guards. The truck is white with grey cloth interior, running boards, towing package, sunroof, pwr windows/locks, factory cd player, cold ac, front and rear heat. This is a great SUV that has ZERO rust and is a strong running motor I actually want something older. I am still looking for an older body style LandCruiser FJ60.

I have a 2008 hardknock bobber that I built. It has custom apes.. kick start/electric start... spare gas tank and apes...spare lifan race engine. Bike has 500+/- miles on it. Looking to trade for a decent fj60/62... decent means it runs. I don't care about the rust do much. I am in NC so if you are interested let me know.
