I am looking for a RUST FREE diesel TLC (or converted 4-runner, truck, etc) to purchase immediately.
-I would prefer a turbo'd engine, intercooled is even better
-I live in the Central Valley in California, so would prefer a truck with AC, even if it needs charging or connecting
-I would prefer a 5-speed manual (this will be my DD and will see a fair amount of freeway speed driving)
-I am flexible on lift, but will only be doing light off-roading, so probably nothing more than 2" lift/33"s
-Fuel Economy is very important to me- mid 20's (MPG) or better are ideal. If you have data to prove it, even better.

A new engine was installed at 40k due to a sludge formation issue since fixed with a improved valvecover design. 1986 Chevrolet K30 One ton 4x4. It has a STRONG HD454-4barrel, SM465 4 Speed, 205 Transfer, Dana 60 Front, 14 Bolt Rear, 4:11s. As you can see, its a Rare Single Axle Crew cab 3+3. It sets on a 2" Skyjacker leaf spring lift, and has Firestone Airbags. This truck does not have a gooseneck ball so you know it hasn't had its guts pulled out. This is a New Mexico truck with very little rust. There is some surface rust from rock chips and the rockers has some rust holes in them. Selling my 5 speed 4 Runner. It is white with tan interior. New tires, po says V6 engine has 25,000 miles, odometer says 185,000. Has a ton of options and everything works. The bad: Rust above back wheels, interior worn and drivers door has dent. Just drove it on 5 1/2 hour trip and it performed fine. BTW it has ice cold air and a good factory stereo. Looking to sale my 2007 FJ Cruiser w/ part time 4WD. The vehicle currently has 62,749 miles and is in great condition. It is equipped with the ATRAC, Rear diff locker, rear parking assist and subwoofer options and an automatic transmission. The FJ has a tow hitch as well. Since I have had it (43,000 miles) I have used Mobil 1 synthetic oil and have changed the front and rear diffs over to Mobil 1 synthetic as well. The tires were brand new when I got it except for the spare which I have replaced to match. They are 265/70/17 Nitto Terra Grapplers and I did a 5 tire rotation when I changed the oil every5000 miles.

Been thinking I dont really need the 4 doors or cargo space.
Anyone with a 40 or 70 interested in trading ?
2F / 4 speed / all stock right down to the hub caps.
Blue/white but not original color - original is Red/white.
Minimal rust - roof is solid - no carpet - aux gas tank - crap seat covers.
