1 owner California fjz80, original headgasket is blown after 325k miles! Yes it’s high but the cruiser is super solid rust free and pretty darn clean cosmetically. It 100% stock, never been off road, unmodified and ready to build. Lockers work as they should, trans shifts perfect, no weird noises, goes down the road nicely. Original cloth seats in great shape as well as the carpet and rear seats. Started to do the headgasket, exhaust manifolds off, but a recent back injury just will not let me wrench. Clean California title and registration good till jan 2019. Reluctant to sell and not in a hurry but not sure of my future back rehab. Asking $3500 located in the Bay Area CA.
I'm contemplating selling my '97 LX450. NO RUST! It's been a north Texas truck it's whole life. When I bought this truck, in Oct. of 2013, it had 150,000 miles on it and it appeared to have never been off road. It had zero scratches, zero dents, zero dents/scratches on undercarriage and zero accessories except grill/light guards. I searched a long time to find, what I believed was, an unmolested and babied truck. I believe I'm the 3rd owner (first in Lubbock, 2nd in Irving and now me in Waxahachie). I have pic's from the day I bought it for those interested. 203K miles but will go up as it's my DD. Selling my 1996 that I have owned since 2013. I believe I'm the third owner, all PS with the first being FD, and us last two LE. It spent until 2013 in WA and Portland, OR where I purchased and I have garaged it in Grand Junction ever since. No rust anywhere.
OME suspension, Metal Tech bumper (powder-coated), and Metal Tech sliders (painted), and HF winch. I have replaced all tune up components, belts and hoses (including PHH), water pump, fluids including transmission and diffs, and four brake rotors and pads. Front axle was done a few years ago and BFG MTs were new about 10,000 miles ago. I have had driver's seat foundation rebuilt.

Selling my rolled 96' fzj80. I rolled it up a bank and totalled the car, was gonna keep it as a parts truck but don't have the money to build another as I'm in college. 3X locked with ome 3 inch lift truck still cranks and drives well had about 14X,XXX miles at time of wreck. Would make a great donor car or buggy project, only the body was really harmed. Most of the interior is still pretty good too. Can send more pics if needed, truck is being kept indoors. This is not mine but I was the first person to see it this morning... here’s my report. The supercharger is not for the fzj80 but the 5.0 engine, and it has a cat with incorrect numbers so it will not leagaly pass smog here in California with that supercharger and that one bad cat. It has a brand new looking locker dial but after the smog check fail I did not bother climbing under to see if they were there or test if they function. that’s the bad news and the reason I am not buying it, below is the rest of the details I remember if you are still interested.

I realize this might end up being one of my biggest regrets in life but the time has come to sell our 1996 Toyota Land Cruiser.
To just call it a Land Cruiser or 80 series doesn’t at all do it justice. It’s been our adventure mobile, weekend getaway, cabin in the wood, shelter from the storm, gateway to the unknown and pretty much a family member. (Am I going to far here?) You get it. Let’s just talk truck.
We’ve had this for about 7 years now and by the records I’ve seen we’re the 3rd owners. It came from Colorado and we got it in stock form with 176,xxx miles (I think)
