Starting a new post for this car, wanted to add some more information and lower the price. 1987 FJ60 with 250k miles located in Davis, California. My first cruiser, the one that started the obsession. Unfortunately, due to personal reasons she will have to go another home. She has been babied since I got her, taken very good care of her. Starts and runs well. While she has some miles on her, she has always taken good care of me, and very minimal rust. Some small oil leaks, but comes with a recently purchased Oil Pan Gasket. She has great potential, and will make someone very happy.

Hello from the depths of the 100-series boards. My truck was recently totaled by a careless driver who hit me while texting, and since my annual mileage has dropped to sub-3000 per year, i decided to look for something a bit more interesting. I am interested in an FJ62 with the H55F swap (RBA's recently sold example being perfectly illustrative of my target: For Sale: - 1989 FJ62 Lots of extras include H55F installed ). Im a pretty motivated buyer, and would prefer a car from the Southwest, but most of all want a very high quality driver, not project car.

I am the second owner of my 1988 FJ62. My uncle and I began converting it to a diesel with a Toyota 2H engine two years ago. This is a running project and I am selling as is. I would have loved to finisedh but life is going in a different direction. The interior is in good condition(no rips), exterior has one rust spot near rear license plate and the front fender was damaged from original owner. Included is the original 3fe engine(which worked just fine when we removed it), all the original parts we removed, and a set of studded snow tires on rims(the tires are probably done but wheels are great to have). I am selling as a package so please no requests for certain parts. $7000 for everything. Serious buyers only...
I've been toying around with the idea of getting rid of the Landcruiser.
Up for sale is my '87 Land Cruiser FJ60 that has been extensively modified and well kept. I purchased this rig with the intentions of finding my perfect off-road/overlanding vehicle. My wife and I just had a baby back in December and are in the process of building a house on some land we bought. While I absolutely love the 60, I am not sure I'm going to have the time for a cool toy/project anytime soon. Plus, I'm kind of in need of a truck now with having to haul stuff and my 3 dogs.

I've owned this truck for nearly 6 years and have painstakingly and lovingly restored it. I started with a rust free truck. That search took nearly a year. From there, I have fixed or replaced nearly everything that was needed and many things that were not. I almost always took the truck to stock specifications except where it just didn't make any sense. This truck looks and drives great. This is, by far, the best example of and FJ62 that I've ever seen.
Everything works. And when I say everything I mean everything. Here is a link to all of the documentation. I have saved every receipt for every repair and have even provided a few from the previous owner.

This is a great start on a trail project. I bought it off a guy last year and just haven't had any time to work on it.
It has a Chevy 350 that the previous owner told me was built for this vehicle and then hardly driven after. It starts easily, runs smoothly, and has no blow-by, misses, etc. I don't think it's "built" as in high performance, just assembled.
It has a rebuilt automatic transmission. You can still see the word "Rebuilt" written on the bell housing in chalk.
It has a triple stick, double transfer case setup. It's a homemade job and I don't know enough about transfer cases to be able to identify what cases were used.

For sale is this very clean rust free 1988 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ62. The paint presents itself exceptionally well and the body is exceptionally straight and original. The Truck is very Mechanically sound. It has 195,030 original miles. It was smogged back in October, the guy actually tried to buy it from me. This truck has been my baby, it is in amazing condition.

Up for sale is a really clean RUST FREE FJ 62 in Georgia. I purchased this from a mud member a few months ago and it has been sitting in my shop since. It was due up next but I've ran across a 40 that I'm buying and it will occupy most of my time so I'm selling the 62. Look at the previous ad he posted for some more details. This is a clean unmolested 62. The only mod is the nice front winch bumper. The tires are brand new. I will post some more pics tomorrow and I will get you any pictures you need. It may not be in exactly mint condition but this is still a totally stock, rust free, west cost truck newly on the east cost. Runs really well. It has been my daily driver for the past 1.5 years and now its ready for a new owner to finish the restoration.

This is an original CA cruiser and TLC performed the conversion years ago by the previous owner. 5.3L over drive trans, 4.10 gears, AC that blows cold. No rust, original paint and body as strait as you'll find. BMW front seat conversion, new stereo system, alarm, blue tooth etc. Since I've owned it I've replaced the entire suspension with a SOR heavy duty 3 inch and have been pleased with it.
