Who needs FST door handles and how much would you pay?

well the blanks should be done by this weekend and I still need to find someone to brake them for me.

in the mean time I have been using autodesk 360 to make some handles of my own...

Those are awesome! How does autodesk 360 work exactly? Do you just start with a line on the screen and draw until you have handles, or what?

I have just been fooling around with it for a couple hours... it took a while to understand the terminology it uses and how everything works. I found starting off with drawing a part in 2D (aka a line or box/circle) and then converting it to 3D was the easiest.

I need a measurement from the FST crowd. What is this measurement? I have the new bushings and washers installed but i want to make sure im retaining the factory dimensions here. Something tells me that with different bow manufacturers and different door alignment this distance could be different. I've got 28mm here with a 2.3mm washer between the door and the factory handle. I think the original washer was only 1mm.

I have a rear amby door too but the dimensions there are just too different to help. what I'm getting is that it probably doesn't matter if i put a 2mm washer between the handle and the door

i didnt realize you measured from the outside .... but.... my measurement is not including thickness of the door handle

ranges from 20mm to 35mm pushed one way or the other... if i hold it flush its 25mm (this is without the thickness of the door handle)

I have a pretty amazing set of survivor doors, handles are tight at 28 mm. To the outside of the handle is 34mm. The 28mm includes the canvas as well. No washers.

Yes and yes, but i have canvas on mine.

28-32 on the 4 doors I have here All have canvas on them.

the inner metal channel is 1 mm thick and i figure .5-1.0mm thick for each side of fabric so the fabric should add about 2-3mm

Handles are almost done here are some shots.

The inside door handles are a little long. So I will need to trim them. But the good news is that the fabricator made and gave me all the pieces i would need to make more later on and all ill need is a hydraulic press! Im very happy with how they came out.
