where do you purchase these SMG pins?

They should outlast everything else on this bucket🤣
Super nice quality. Door hinges next

Changed/replaced all my instrument cluster lights with LED's. I bought new bulb holders as well. Biggest thing was to remember to disconnect the battery before removing the cluster, so as not to short the ammeter, and then remembering to reconnect it.

Bought them at reasonable prices from Superbrightled.com
They work well and are dimmable.
2 Green for turn signals
1 Blue for High Beam
2 White for Instrument cluster/speedo lighting

I‘m not sure they’ll work on your ‘64 if it has the original door and hood hinges. Not sure about windshield hinges.

Yeah I have some of the later hood hinges with bolts right now because one of my early hinges is shot. Ill PM SMG and see.

Put a dobinsons suspension on this past weekend. I still have to button some things up but I am super excited to drive it around. Should be way better than the old rough country springs. I Posted in my thread about it all. Gotta love replacing springs in the dirt... dreaming of a garage haha.

I have those tires. Your wheels look like mine used to before powder coating.

I finished rebuilding my seat tracks, cleaned & repaired my front seat upholstery. The pleats were failing so I had to strip them down, sew in new canvas and reassemble. I’m 100% sure this can’t be done without hog ring pliers.

When I stripped my seat cushions I found a broken spring. I repaired it with a roll pin that I used as a sleeve over the two broken ends. I had to grind a little bit to get a good fit. It worked.

I did that too and they were too dim. I switched back to regular bulbs. Might have been the led bulbs I bought.
