Toyota Part #90923-05024, also aftermarket, including NAPA.Over the weekend I drained and removed the gas tank. Found some amazing original tan! Replaced all my feed soft lines to the carburetor. blew out the hard lines. And removed the fuel pump. Anyone know if they still sell fuel pump gaskets?
Some progress on my front DS floor.

Just cut a rough shape, left it a little to big, and started bending, shrinking and stretching the corners and hammering the rib area.Did you make a form to hammer into, that looks real clean, just curious how you were able to get it that clean looking... power hammer/shrinking disc? ???
My old man came over today to help me get the rain gutter and hard top riveted back together. Big thanks to @Splangy for the custom rivet tool!
I used a battery powered right-angle hammer to compress the rivets on the top cap for the windshield, with a 3 pound sledge held stationary on the outside of the rivet. I'll grab some more pics of that when the top is upside down again.
Rivets ready to be set.

These guys, from McMaster Carr:What size rivets did you use? Looks great.
thanks!These guys, from McMaster Carr:
97482A209 Aluminum Domed Head Solid Rivets, 5/32" Diameter, 0.375" Long, packs of 250
thanks!
I ended up having to chase the holes in the top and rain gutter with a 5/32" drill bit to clear out the POR-15 and primer. But diameter and length of the rivets is perfect.
The best snow in CO, and some of the cheapest lift tickets too. South Fork and Pagosa Springs was our destination of choice in college.Towed the Zombie Apocalypse Trailer up to Wolf Creek, CO in search of New Years POW!

Well, just take it easy, and do a few test runs! Not a lot of tolerance for mis-alignment in some spots, especially depending on the width of jaws.I appreciate the info, I have a new gutter to install in the near future. I purchased a used pneumatic rivet squeezer similar to this that I plan to attempt to use.
