Nice Hooter! My three sons are all in their 40's with their own families and still talk about our camping trips on the rivers and lakes around here. That is something your kids will remember for the rest of their lives.

Ah... memory flashback! Camping/fishing with my dad: late getting to spot near a river to set up tent - it was cold, we were tired and HUNGRY so he whipped up, in a cast iron pot, a concoction of pork n beans, onions, peppers and hotdogs over the campfire........ my brother and I STILL swear that was the best camp meal of all time :D

*Wish I could say we sported a rig like yours @hooter ...... so I could have inherited it!

Previous owner unfortunately was abducted by aliens. :greyalien: They used their laser to cut a hole in his hardtop which they proceeded to suck him through and into their flying saucer. I bought the truck from the widow. Oh well, her loss is my gain. If he ever comes back he's gonna be mad. A little mad about the Land Cruiser but REALLY mad about all the probing.

Re-glassing the hole and installing shoulder belts. I won't make it easy for them.

Installed a refurbished period correct choke cable from @RAGINGMATT . Might honestly be the nicest piece of hardware on the cruiser. hahaha. Great work man.

thanks , :)

We had a little BBQ and Beer with our families. Just to enjoy a few of our restorations/inventory and take a break from the garages for a day. Family time is far more important than any bolt, stitch or buff!:steer: :)

Fine fleet of 40s & 45s.

Found an odd leak under to 40, traced it back to the rear heater core.
