Made these two box spacers to accommodate my spare tire. Picked up the metal from Depot and painted it up.

What Danny said, what is the info on that app please? It has the appearance of the GPS unit mounted in my aircraft.

Name that app plz... is it for iPhone or android or both?

App is Ulysse Speedometer, I use an old android solely for the speedo on my 40. Its GPS based and extremely accurate. Gives elivation, trip meter, 0 to 60, compass that is useful. I am not sure if it is available for IPhone.
Bought an Otter Box and cut the belt clip off the back, mounted to the dash with heavyduty velcro.

Thanks!!

I had to do the same with my spare tire carrier. Looks good.
Is the spare tire carrier mod something that has to be done if you are running a wider tire than a 10.5 or biiger tire than a 31"?

The GPS will continue to work on an old phone? I have an old android phone laying around I can get charged up and try this out.

Bought some donor doors...thinking I would learn on, and if fixed up nice, replace my current doors.

Appears skins not available for early doors since fairly easy to patch. We shall see....cracks and lower rust repair in progress. Ps..Difficult to cut that lower sloped part with angle grinder...
