@Vossie the battery will stay on the passenger side. I'm running a snorkel and the Donaldson air box will mount on the drivers side.

ok cool, makes life easier for sure. i have future plans for a snorkel but for the time being will just use the air box that came with the 12HT. will post up pics later this week of my whole 12HT install including new battery box and air box install

Started cleaning out the AC unit i got about 12 - 18 months ago. I have a compressor from an old Holden (GM) not sure what model though. Now its just a matter of figuring out how to install it in the cab and if the compressor will work or if I'll need one, maybe out of a 60 or from a Hi-Lux? Ive had a search but can't find too much. Any ideas fellas?

the 45LPB got some custom door work done......there were some cracks in the doors, then the outer and inner seperated below the wing window.......we talked about welding it up but that would make taking he doors apart latter a PITA......so I just drilled a hole and put a Toyota screw thru to the inner part of the door.......i might even paint it blue
'

all the 45's and 40's are getting new dipsticks......

ran out of time to get the new brake master, hardline, hose and slave on.......

With some help from a friend we replaced the speedometer cable and changed the rear transfer case seal. Cleaned and adjusted the parking brake too. Welded a new exhaust hanger and secured the rear tail pipe.

The PO cut the old radio out so my buddy fabbed a plate to cover the whole. Running Bluetooth speakers and SiriusXM currently. Lastly, installed a new horn.

Pretty productive day.

FYI, If you remove the window frame, there is sheet metal that joins the inner and outer parts of the door. From the factory, they were only tacked together. there should be lots of material to weld the door back together. This way, the door still will come apart.

I was aware of that.....but felt lazy and a good hillbilly mod seemed appropriate

Tack weld plate on inner side is not hanging on by much.....

A little repaint of the hardtop and installed it for the winter. I plan a full resto of the top next spring so this was more of a "touch up to get me by" type project.

Got everything from Icon. I almost got them in raw form but went ahead and had them coat them (raw looks good too though!).

Fixed up the steering wheel on the 64.
