I've done this a while ago -- but I converted my regular LC200, to the Heritage trunk (rear seat delete) with all OEM parts to make it factory.

Can share pics if anyone is interested -- was fairly easy to do and costs circa $800 in parts
Yes please post pictures.. curious how far you took it..

Yes, sure thing -- I did EVERYTHING minus covering up the mounts for the 3rd row with new seats (as I wanted to have that option should I ever need to re-install them).

Here are a few photos of the whole thing -- can share part numbers if someone wishes to copy

- oem tonneau
- changed cup holders to mount tonneau
- heritage trunk mat
- tonneau mounts at rear hatch
- did NOT hide 3rd seat mounts and left seat belts installed and stored

Looks great, Was thinking of doing the same thing with my 09 LX570.

Do you by any chance got the parts numbers ?

I forget exactly which bolt it was (it was a small one) but I didn't order enough of them and had to run to Ace hardware to get something similar -- it wasn't a critical part but it did it's job.

I think I was short 4 of these tiny bolts.

That tonneu cover is nearly 600 bucks?! Someone can have mine for $300 bucks right now. It's unused and sitting in my garage.

We have a couple take-offs from the Maltec Camper conversions we did.

What are you going to do with the original cup holders? I have one of the original KAON shelves before the side panels were included. They later sent the side panels to all purchasers, but they interfere with the tonneau mount. So if you're willing to part with them, I'd be interested.

Thanks!

Where did you order the mat?

Yes, I'd totally be willing to let them go. I have all of the takeoff parts sitting in my garage.

Send me a DM and I can get these over to you.

@CactusHopper I believe I ordered all of these parts from Toyota of Long Beach, CA even though I live out of state -- they had the lowest prices at the time

I hadn't seen that mat available in the US (only australia) that's why I was curious. Thanks.

Pretty sure that is the Heritage Edition mat. Should be available in the US. The Aussie mat has the giant Toyota logo.

Yes, it's the Heritage edition mat.

It has a land cruiser (car image) on the right side of it.

Anyone got some low mileage OEM UCA takeoffs? EDIT: Got a set thx!

With high offsets wheels, it usually requires lower profile aftermarket UCAs when paired with big tires. I would like to try modifying an OEM set to adapt to 37s.
Here's what clearancing looked like for 35x12.5s. Would have to take this farther and reinforce. Figure there's a set out there in storage waiting to be put to some experimentation?

Not going to be low mileage but I can ask the shop that replaced mine if they still have the OEM ones laying around. Interested?

Good to hear you got it sorted out. If you are now running an AGM battery for the starter, you want to look into a mod to get the alt charging profile to do a higher 14.x volt charge. If you are in a 2008, you can do the hack to trick out the alt. to produce higher charging volts (2016+ cannot). AGM's need higher charging volts than the OEM lead acid you replaced it with to maintain longevity.
A few threads on the hack can be found here in the 200 section.
I do have the ALT-S fuse from down under that I swapped in. Thanks.

Getting close to 100k miles, Decided to hook up the obd2 to tablet for real time monitoring durinh trip to Montana. Nice to be able to see what's going on at highway speeds and on trails/mountain roads. Definitely a permanent addition going forward.

Installed a “2 inch” Dobinsons lift from @crikeymike over the weekend with a friend. Thanks for the MLK day tech help Mike. Front was a bit of work. One of the nuts on the lower control arms wouldn’t budge, so had to use a spring compressor to fit the new strut. The YouTube videos sure make everything look easy! But it’s done.

Ended up about 3” higher as of now. Wondering where it will settle at after new tires are on. Getting KO2s tomorrow.

did it ever settle. Just did the dobinsons 2 inch myself las month, compared it to a biddy who did a 2.5 OME, and mine was noticeably higher.
