Have a '21 - can confirm it does have the leather on the wheel... also can confirm the leather on the seats doesnt appear as thick as our former '13,

I noticed this same 'deficiency' with every 16+ LX that I go test drive. The quality of materials is lacking. It's really surprising. I have one of the last delivered 2015 LX's in the States and it has noticeably better materials (e.g., the steering wheel and leather). This is my biggest pause with purchasing a 'newer' model. I'm thinking I might as well wait until they release the new V6 (updated) in the LX600 and GX550 in 2026.
