That is an awesome price! Only problem with PC is you can't do the plastic center caps.

I had them wet paint my centers to match the powder.

New shoes and some color!

Blues Sea fuse block mount. I picked up an aluminum sign from the scrap yard to make this. I added the 100A breaker for extra security and to make it switchable. There is room for 3 relays but I only need 2, but there is room. I wanted constant power to this fuse block so it is directly connected to the battery. A few weeks ago I had installed the slee battery upgrade tray.

Nice! I love Blue Sea electrical equipment.

I ordered a 4 gal rotopax gas can and two 2 gallon water cans with mounts to put onto my rack. Now I need to get off my butt and put my new non ahc rear springs and gasket in.

Replaced fuel filter.

Now planning next mod - finish sound insulation or start second battery?

Got all of the components to build my Ram iPad mount:

And a bag of chips, as the saying goes!

Do you get much bounce with the dual cups? I run a single cup but use an articulated arm (3" + 8") with a furniture pad on the 8" to allow it to rest on the dash for stability.

Destroyed the rear drive shaft...

Do you have anger issues? :)

Trying to install a slee diff drop and the control arm bolt won't budge. If I use heat can I reuse the bolt and nut? I've used pbblaster.

Looks great. Are you considering a cover for it or is your setup ok with water?

This weeks repair list:

Drive shaft (bent)
Motor and t case mount (broken)
Lower Control Arm (about to fail).

It was a good weekend!

Rebuilt Master Cylinder

Been noticing my brake pedal sticking lately on my '04 LC. From reading other threads, I expected the worst so I took her in to my favorite shop for an oil change and asked them to take a look. They had added fluid replacement to the recommended list of maintenance items anyway.

Well, my worst fears were real - the MC was toast and the seals were all screwed up. He also said that the brake fluid had a weird smell and he wasn't even sure it was brake fluid.

Fortunately, they were able to go the rebuild route $60 vs. $2400. All is well.

2 new car seats... Woot!
