Not having as much fun as you guys! Got my parts in to do my rear brake job this weekend. Rotors, pads, park brake shoes and hardware.

Got everything installed. Had forgotten how much fun it is to try to hold the parking brake shoes in place and get all the mounting pins and springs in place by yourself (normal person with just two hands). Hoping not to have to do that again for a while.

Took the Lexus out afterward to 'bed' in the new rear brakes. The LX470 has GOOD brakes compared to my 80 series.

Parking brake still needs a slight adjustment.

Since there were a couple posts about phone mounts, here's mine. Did it a couple months ago. Have liked it so far. Converted a CD slot magnetic phone mount into a tape deck phone mount.

Mounted my COME UP SEAL Gen 2 winch. Didn't play nice with my ARB bumper as it can only be clocked in 90 degree increments. Abit of cutting and welding (though,of course, I ran out of gas over the weekend and had to wait till Mon.) But she's all better now.

Hi, love the clean roof rack free look.
After taking it go how did you close the remaining gap

Take a look here:

Factory roof rack removal

All you need to know can be found here.
If you have a roof rack with three feet on each side, you may run into some bolts with rust issues on the middle feet, but other than that, it's a pretty simple process.

As someone new to IH8MUD, lots of good information can be found here:

Installed 863's coils, had to use a spacer to level it out. THEN this morning hit the garage clearance roof bar at work... sigh...

cleaned throttle body and MAF. touched up rockchips (colorite 1D2 is a little too dark FWIW), wash/clay bar/wax and installed hood blackout panel:

Received my TrailTailor (@reevesci ) extended front swaybar links today, and some nice poly bushes and cad plated washers. Thank you Jason for developing an easy solution.

These look great! Just need to make some time to put my new sway bar in and the links too.

More pics of the hood black out please. Haven't seen many thundercloud with it.

I tightened down the four bolts holding both the driver and passenger seats in place. My drivers seat had a slight bit of movement when I would come to a stop. The bolts were fairly tight, but a couple felt like they were 80-90% tight. So far in the 5 miles that I drove it seems to have fixed the issue.

What suspension / lift are you running? GORGEOUS RIG

OMe tb's, fox 2.0 shocks all around, 860's in the rear. Every suspension bushing replaced and Man a fre extended links in the rear. Just took her off-road this weekend for the 1st time since lift was installed in sept 16. Very happy with the setup off and on road. Doesn't beat me up at all on the trail like my full OME setup in my Tacoma did. The fox shocks are pretty soft but I think that helps with the stiffer tbars. I will probably move to icon monotubes and nitro uca's within the next year, but that's just to get a bit better aligned and more downtravel, for 90% of the stuff I do the current setup is perfect.

Thanks for the compliments, can't believe how easy it was to spend so much $ on it.

Here she is in her element, not good pics but proof I use her. (week after a 350$ detail). Wife wasn't pleased:)
