I must say that with the tape deck mount there is something very satisfying about taking something that was obsolete and making use of it , IE the tape deck...
Replaced the Oil Pressure Sender Unit. The gauge was working one minute and not the next.
I was surprised it was $68.00 at Toyota and $63.00 at lexus. Simplejob. All you need is to take off the skid plate and a 14MM.
Cleaned MAF and Throttle Body.
Sprayed on a few layers of truck bed liner on the Mud Flap Delete bracket and will flip those over tomorrow for a few coats on the other side so I can get those installed this weekend.
Still deciding if I should spend the 300.00 or so on a new head unit and tackle the wiring job myself or replacing the leather on the 2 front seats.
Impatiently waiting for new shoes at NTB. Taking off BFG 285/75/16's and installing 275/70/18 Nitto Terra Grappler G2's.

What heat shields?locked down the vibrating heat shields and pulled those horribly gold badges, plasti dipped the toyota logos and reinstalled. Also replaced a rock broken front headlight. Impressioning the door key next![]()
