@kletzenklueffer you got a link to parking brake thread? Thanks.
This pic helped to locate the adjuster. I could not see therough the hole in the rotor. I just had to feel with my screwdriver.

I looked at these threads. I can't say they helped, but I guess they helped me get my head around what I needed to do, and that the adjustment would be manual every time it got weak.

Parking brake?
Why you need to service your parking brake

This is what I tried convincing @Qball to do but he didn't want to put a hole in the snorkel. So instead we are going to put a hole in the roof and use a Heyco fitting :flipoff2:
I picked up a heyco fitting, big one, but then thought that I'd rather hole a snorkel than a roof.

Wuss...

Ha ha then again, rain isn't really a concern out here!

All kidding aside I used a similar Remkey plug up through the sunroof controls. Seemed to be rock solid through 5yrs living in the Pac NW where it saw plenty of rain and snow. Never had a drip.

Most of us have multiple holes on the roof already thanks to the popular factory roof rack. I'm going the heyco route.

Took me to pismo beach for the pismo jamboree 2015.
6 year for me going and 5th year going with the 80. She handled the 6 hour drive like a champ!!!

AC conversion from R12 to R134 = semi failed/semi success. Tried doing it without changing the drier out. It leaked a little. Leak stopped (the freon had leak stop stuff in it...) but I ordered a new Denso drier anyway. Will be here tomorrow and will do it the right way. Should've just been patient. On the upside it sure was nice running the AC on the way home from work in the 85 degree heat today. :flipoff2:

Reinstalled the front drive shaft after replacing the U Joints. Piece of cake. Pulled the rear drive shaft and dropped it off to my buddy to put in the rear U Joints. Yes, I could do it myself. Yes, I would rather buy him a 12 pack and have him do it at his shop then mess with it. :flipoff2:

93yotasr5 that looks like a blast. and your truck looks badass. my truck is jealous. sometime I've got to get to Pismo (from the East Coast)

Thanks a lot! It's been a 5 1/2 year project and still has a long was to go. It's a great spot to hit the dunes, camp, vacation , dAy drink, etc. long drive from the east coast though.

Finished the weekend with unfinished stop tech brake rotor/ebc brake pad upgrade. Didn't like the look of one of the front wheel bearings so I ordered up new Koyos and will get them tomorrow

Bought a long-term project. Non-daily driver 95 Locked.

Removed the rain gutter trim, removed running boards, removed 3rd row seating and seat belts, and 2nd row seat behind driver. Purchased a scan gauge and am currently debating install locations. (Need to get rid of the P0401 CEL)

Tomorrow is oil, diff, and antifreeze drain and replacement.
