Mounted a used Thule rack, and bolted my hi-lift to it. Took my son out to a local gravel pit/ unofficial orv park and crawled up some hills. I think it impressed him. Shoot, impressed me too. Bone stock with no lockers and I climbed some pretty hairy stuff. He said it's been upgraded from the LandTurd to the LandCrawler.

Then when I got home I straightened the rear bumper ends that have been annoying me since I bought the truck a few months ago

To finish off the day I installed new Pioneer speakers in the front doors. What a huge difference! :rimshot:The factory speakers were so shot I'm amazed any sound at all was coming from them!

Yeah those bad boys are 17" to 29" I'm really eager to hear what you think of them compared to other shocks you have had.

I thought they did well. It wasn't like I was blown away by the difference, but looking back on the day, my expectations were met.

We were part of a group of Christian four wheelers who took some young men from the Valley Teen Ranch on a run up Bald Mountain. I almost got too many pictures, so will try to post some highlights.

A bunch of the teens wanted to ride in the camo Jeep, so they had 3 while most of us had only 1.

Took off the rear hatch badge and spent hrs getting the glue off. Major pain in the padded @$$. My old man came out and helped with the final buff before putting on the new decal. Looks way better i think. Also fixed the chirp/buzzer with a new radioshack one.

Let my son (has his drivers permit) drive the LC up Hagerman pass. Stopped at a 10th Mountain Division Hut to check it out for a possible winter snowshoeing hike and took this poser shot.

I put new shoes on Shrek (as I've come to call her). Painted stock wheels & LT255/85r16 Cooper ST Maxx ATs.

I really want the ST Maxx in 35 but my current tires aren't wearing out.

Btw if your call your cruiser "she" then shouldn't her name be Fiona instead of shrek?

The baby wipes aren't Japanese, I'm out!
