Removed the stanky carpet from the most recently acquired FJZ. Sunroof drain had be clogged for some time. Jerked the rear heater out and listed on eBay.

Rebuilt the e-brake, new rotors and pads on the rear, new front tie-rod to replace my trail modded one I've been rocking for over a year.

camping with the kiddo...good times were had by all

saw a nicely built 100 series drive through the campground too

I vacuumed the entire interior and treated all leather and plastic.
I wiped down all the door jambs and everywhere else.

Also tried out Corrosion X HD on the entire frame and undercarriage area on a reference from another thread and MUD member and that stuff is neat.

We'll see how long it lasts holding off the dirt and water. Supposedly at best lasts up to a year.

Spray painted my wheels again! Wasn't feeling the silver after doing the Monstaliner. Color is Rustoleum 'Metallic Antique Brass'.

Shock protectors:

Figure every little bit helps when you don"t want to lift- sure as anything stuff's gonna drag...

Damn those are actually a real good idea for the rear! I swapped out shocks last week and the bolts holding the axle end of the shock on in the rear were smashed to death.

Yep, great idea - I wonder how they thought of it:

Installed new Bilstein Heavy Duty shocks all the way around - wow, what an improvement! I think the ones I took off were original, meaning 20+ years & 144k miles old.

Took off the rusty, clapped-out running boards and the truck looks so much better - and taller. Trying to source front flaps now (keeping the flares).

Also installed Pioneer speakers in the rear doors but ran out of time/patience to also do the front doors. That'll be another week or so.

Slightly upsized tires (285/75/16) to be coming soon before the snows hit in another month or so, and the ski rack will be back up on top!

We ran a few passes in the Colorado mountains. First time wheelin with my son in his LX.

are those pitbulls 315 radials or 325 or are they the 37" biasply
