Yeah, those are 100% natural hot springs (95 degrees) they are on private property that is OPEN to the public. Here is a link on how to get there.

here is a page about the lava tubes, if you zoom out on the map you will see fillmore to the East.

This is a awesome place that I had no idea existed and I live 2 hours away.

FYI the hot springs are only 1-2 miles as the crow flies from the lava tubes.

There are really cool lava flows just north of the tubes, they are the youngest in Utah at on 660 years old..

can you drive right up to pyramid lake? it appears on the map that the trail is designated 50 inches width or less? (atv trail)

Bit the bullet and coughed up the dough for a factory Lexus fob. Could have bought a crap aftermarket one, or one with a Toyota logo, but the original one is still kickin after 17 years... I'll just amortize this out over the next 17 years to make myself feel better.

sure can! (well, within about 50 yards or so). you can even keep going up that whole string of lakes (echo, etc) but i was with some non-patient camping buddies so we did the closest (pyramid). It was really awesome.

Finished up painting in the evening.

Gorgeous pic! What front bumper is that? What roof rack?

Oh, and I started my front axle rebuild on Labor Day and didn't get back to finish it until last night.
