I made a vid to help people how to figure how much lift they have.

I’ll be SAS’ing my wife 3rd gen 4runner this winter.
Right on!! Those are nice rigs too when done up also. Why not save a bunch of work and pick up another 80??

She doesn't like the size of the 80. "it's to big".... It also put's me back to my roots.
The plan is to 3link, dual ultimate cases , leaf springs for the rear and 37's

I love the 3rd gen and I've owned a couple good ones, but after seeing a few LBJ failures on the road and on the trail, my wife refuses to ride in another one. Maybe SAS is the answer, no more LBJs!

That's all preventable.... OEM is the way.

Believe me, I've told her. Doesn't help I flopped one of them (not LBJ related). But we've seen enough 4r/taco/tundras sitting on the side of the road with a missing wheel that she just has a powerful association now.

I replaced a leaking radiator with an OEM unit. I added a transmission fluid cooler from wholesale automatics as well. I also upgrade the fan clutch to a diesel unit from Land Tank. Both batteries got replaced as well, the old bats were from 2021 when the truck was imported from Japan.

I don't have any stock unaltered fenders.
But from memory it's roughly .25".
