Looks great. Thats funny, I have the exact same year SB150... Just ordered a Push inverted fork for it yesterday! Decided to build it up for the next bike instead of bumping up to a 160 or 165.
Do you run the RCV's on the front also? I had some put on a few years back and have a loud popping noise when hitting the trail(4L but not locked). Just wondering if they are loud naturally or something I should be concerned with. Robbie installed them just before he packed up and left Longmont so I have to assume they were installed right.
I did a lot of other things in the front at the same time and need to chase the sound down but not sure what else it would be other than a new set of 5L arms possibly binding on the driver side.
Did you solve this problem? I have the same issue and am completely stumped. Throwing a p0135 code too. Replaced the Egr, both o2 sensors, checked all the hoses, and stuck in open loop. Runs great until it warms up.
Clean up day. Preparing to rebuild passenger side axel. Cleaning parts and making sure all mating surfaces are clean and free of old gaskets. Satisfying seeing the parts all shiny and clean.

Engine fully rebuilt. All new internals and new head from Toyota. Hopefully she will be one the road in the next 2 weeks. Blown headgasket ended up turning into a whole rebuild. Figured it lasted 27 years so hopefully this is last the same .

This is for my new green 96 that i purchased last year. My 97 was done around 100k at dealer back in 2007 and she is still going strong at 251k. As long as you use OEM parts and go by FSM you should be golden. Keepers for sure.
Stuck my rooftop tent and awning on my truck for the season. My distiller buddy with a 60,000 sq. ft. rickhouse / warehouse, forklift and sweet 100 Series lent a hand. Southern Utah trip, comin’ up!
First long trip over the pass to central Oregon, I wasn’t sure how old girl would do on the hills, but she took me there and got me back home. No, a/c, exhaust/catalytic converter leak, 317k miles on her, but that old 3FE just clicked along.
New belt molding and roof drip rail molding. Looks 100% better and nicer on my forearm as i cruise down the road with my arm out in the wind. I also replaced a broken O/D switch this week. A functioning switch is better than the zip tie that previously held it in place.
