I've owned a lot of camp mats, Exped is the most comfortable bar none in my experience. Only downside is it does have a pretty large packed size.
I definitely wish it wasn't a long pad as it'd fit a bit better, but the long works.
I have a RTT but wanted an option for sleeping in the truck if i was on a solo trip or didn't want to deal with the tent. The pad + drawer combo is pretty slick.

Highly recommend watching your local REI gear loft/returns area.

I've said it before, but if I solo camped more often, the rear drawers/sleeping pad combo would be my set up 100% of the time. "Set up" is just as fast as an RTT with none of the downsides that come along with them.

replaced rear upper control arm and lower trailing arm bushes with a fresh set of Toyota bushes. the difference is noticeable just cruising down the road. I was lucky enough to have an air operated 75t shop press to do all the hard work. took me more time to get the car set on the jack stands so I could pull the wheels off and droop the rear axle.

While I occasionally covet a RTT - mainly to be able to occasionally sit upright - I am super comfortable on my drawer/sleeping platform/megamat set up. I think I have around 150+ nights sleeping in there. Megamat was worth every penny, I sleep better in my truck than I do at home.

Pulled these off washing them down to post for sale, but is it me or were those bushings pressed in with the relief holes in the wrong way? They still look pretty fresh.
Would love to see the first Owners maintenance records, they seem to have done a lot that is. It documented.

btw. No PS fluid anywhere above the pump. Cleaned it all top to bottom anyway and will watch it for a couple days. See where it comes back.

It's just you, someone was nice enough to share this with me recently. Check it out

Indeed! We ran up to Sadona on Saturday and hit some BLM trails. Ran into a fellow c80 owner camping on some high ground. So many trails, and we are running short on time. Headed to Prescot today, the best thing so far about AZ is the ability to simply turn down a path... and go. See where it leads. We also spotted this guy up in Jerome on Friday. We also spoted a Fj55 in Jerome. Cant miss it, and it seems like its not going anywhere for some time.

You about need lockers on the streets of Jerome, right? 😆. Great area. My son lives in Prescott (goes to ERAU).

Which degree arms did you get? @GW Nugget
I do not have any Delta arms yet, but Im looking to get a custom set made.
Finally got around to doing my annual oil change. Went from Motul to delvac. Kept the same 15-40. Installed wkor sliders. Then took a drive up north to the coast.

Coolant flush and new thermostat today. Still no heat coming out the front vents.. So another go at flushing the heater core next weekend.
