Trying - they seem to be saying it should be on auto but auto is saying its renters... they're both the same company so i'm a bit frustrated.

driveway, behind the house. Essentially where most peoples back yards would be.

That's what makes me a bit sick is knowing someone was planning that. There's no way with it's tucked back location that it wasn't somewhat planned.

Thanks all. s***ty way to start the day. Keep an eye on your facebook market/craigslist/offerup/forums for any Trail Tailor RTTs! My guess is it'll be sold off at some s***ty flea market or something.
Did you do a police report?

Maybe they can dust for fingerprints?

Seattle PD won't even come look at the truck. Blatant fingerprints everywhere but they don't care. I had to file a police report online. Can't even get an officer to come to the house.
Renters says its an auto part and won't cover it. Gonna try auto insurance now.
But hey at least they forgot two washers.....

sorry @Wompom ! You've certainly run into some really frustrating elements in our society this morning: thieves, insurance adjusters and police too busy to help! I hope you catch a few breaks and are able to re-establish a sense of security at your house soon.

Sorry to hear that. What a load of crap!

Your auto insurance SHOULD cover it. It will be under comprehensive and you probably have a deductible that must be met. Don't know how much it was, but if it was close to the cost of your deductible, it may not be worth it to file a claim.

Hit a milestone in it somewhere in the middle of Kansas. This IS a milestone isn’t it??? Lol

Anyway, I’m on the way from Ohio to Colorado for MountainBike nationals.

I plan to stay an extra 5 days to do some exploring in CO and UT with a buddy who is driving out a few days behind me in his heep.

Cool milestone! Best color cruiser ever!

@Wompom That's terrible. The only thing I can say is that at least the LC is still in the drive way and there doesn't appear to be any damage to it. Pretty *ucked up thing to do. You're right though, it will probably be pawned off for some cash to get meth or heroin. Pretty sad state of affairs. Seems like in the PNW petty theft and cops turning a blind eye are a common thing nowadays.

Yep. Not honestly sure what the cops even do here anymore. I got rear ended hard enough to total my car and give me a 5 month concussion. Cops said it wasn't enough of an accident to take a report and to just file it online. Now trying to settle over s*** and the lack of police showing up is screwing me. This place is going to s***.
Cops here do nothing.

Cruiser has some nice new deep scratches on the roof and sides, but thats about it.

Petty.. Hell, that was grand theft. And they won't even come out. That's inconceivable.

Same almost anywhere now. And people wonder why we want to keep our 2nd amendment... You can't rely on the Police for anything except shooting your dog.

Was this worth the price of admission? I love the cnc wrk etc. but what about weight? fit/finish etc. Ive never seen GG in an 80 series.
Don't know yet since I've not received it yet. But I've seen a full goose-gear setup in the rear of a 200 series and the quality is outstanding! I've been very impressed with their work. I expect I'll be more than satisfied with this for my needs. They have several other pieces such as fridge cabinets, kitchens that are also very nice that someone could add to meet their own needs. I just needed a good drawer setup.

The reason you haven't seen GG stuff in an 80 is because they haven't really had 80 specific products until very recently. I for one am glad they are offering support for the 80 market.

A few photos of the completed 1" body lift. As you'd expect there is some visible separation between the body and the bumpers but its minimal enough that the aesthetics do not bother me. A couple pics of the problematic bolts that turned this into a longer project than it needed to be.

Part of my 200K service is to change ever fluid. So far all has looked to be clean and in good shape.

Last to be changed/flushed was the power steering something I used DTE24 for.

Now reassemble is underway.

Yea Im interested in what you really think once in hand, I do like the rear seat delte carrying over to the rear drawers and Im guessing you could build off rear drawers if needed, but the weight always scares me, as shes heavy already. like a fat ballerina.
