Complete delete of all the vacuum lines and vsv, evap, fuel switch valve, made block off plate for the egr, but couldn't find a plug for the pipe and didn't want to pull lower manifold to go after it yet. Will wait till I have the head off. Also cleaned manifold and throttle bottle. So now I'm running no pair, put o2s in there place, no egr no vsv no vacuum lines other then the fuel pressure regulator. Idles nice and smooth and can fit my whole arm into the gap of the manifolds

Washed it. Half a dozen trips to the mountains made quite a mess of her.
She shore is purdy though now...

Messed around with wiring again, still fighting gremlins. Grrr.

Planning a trip to the San Rafael Swell in March and need a buddy. Anyone interested?
Mar. 10-11 Butt Buster in the Swell

I just realized that the thread title might be misleading. This ain't no Brokeback Mountain thing. In fact, I'll shoot you if you try anything.

The :princess: bought our ugly duckling a snorkel because she said she likes the way they look. So I fought with the rain and wind and got it installed today.

I need a bigger garage.

Bought a case of Palladium grease and inventoried my bearings, new hubs and Lokka spool for my upcoming birf overhaul and part time install.

I have been trying to come up with a simple way of detouring my dog to stay in the back seat. So while I was rooting around the garage this weekend I found the old rear cargo net from my GX470. A couple of mini bungee cords to secure the bottom and I think I have a winner.

Did a complete Front Axle Rebuild with new Pads and Rotors + NAPA Reman Calipers this weekend. Serviced the Transfer Case and Rear Diff all so.
Which pads, rotors, and calipers did you use. I know you said Napa on the calipers but they show two different options on the website.

De-flared and cut the rear cross member out for the 4x4 Labs dual swingout bumper that's getting installed next weekend.

I did Toyota Pads & Rotors and can get you the Caliper Part Numbers in the Morning, from what I have read on here these are Toyota Cores that NAPA remans.

Cool thanks. I'm doing all this in a few weeks and incidentally live right behind a Napa.

Welded the stock hooks under my trail gear bumper, welded drill stem casing on bumper for ac drier protection, welded on light bar tabs, installed light bar and ran wiring, installed 12k smittybilt winch, took it all off and painted it put it back on and wired everything up. Just need to put in the rope and she's done.
FYI the fairlead from smittybilt doesn't fit on trail gear bumper unless it's upside down..

Get the fancy NAPA calipers. They are OEM that have been rebuilt and painted. Nice parts.

I was hoping to get more done on my drawers this weekend, but after ordering three pairs of Fulterer slides early last week I was informed after purchasing that they wouldn't be shipping until May 22nd. Looks like I'll be going with Accuride if they can ship them quicker.

Since there wasn't much to do I washed and detailed it

34 hours in....

All the undoing is undone. Now it's a matter of cleaning, getting the last few parts, and putting things back together...

That crank nut is a futhermucker
