we had high winds today and when I opened my door the wind flung the door open with a lot of force and damaged the "retainer" or whatever that part is called the keeps the door open. I haven't pulled it apart to look at it yet but it makes all kinds of bad noises when opening and closing the door now.

Anyone know what that part is called or have a part number? I'll need to replace mine for sure.

I have those same Bosch wipers on my 80. I really like them.

Wasn't the weekend but I replaced the AC compressor belt after replacing the compressor and drier yesterday. That belt is kind of a pain in the ass to get to. Have to remove the others to get to it. The others only had 5k on them so I reused them. After I got the belt on I pumped three cans of R134 in and she blows ice cold. Really looking forward to having defrost this winter!

It doesn't but it makes it a helluva lot more comfortable in the winter time.

Yeah I know, couldn't edit after I posted.....should be ON. Technically, I can work from my phone or laptop, so I guess I actually do work IN my Land Cruiser all the time!
