Got some parts ($131.81) from Impex. Order delays put me in the new tariff world. Looks like DHL is trying to profit off all this as well. View attachment 3983981View attachment 3983982View attachment 3983983
Actually, I am fairly confident they are losing money on that. Go hire a customs broker to import anything and you will see what I mean. I worked for Fedex and then UPS automating their customs brokerage systems. Trust me, they are losing money on it... at least for now. They will revisit that charge in a few months and bump it up to reflect their cost which will no doubt be higher.

It says on the item description that a 5/8 plywood subpanel is included
Okay, pretty thick, 3/8 should be enough though. I used the witsend QPM, no experience with the either of the other two although the delta appears to be very close. It was a pain to squeeze in there!

Delta took over a bunch of the wits end stuff. Pretty sure the qpm is one of them.

You mean it was a pain to squeeze the QPM into place?

Like someone mentioned, I believe the Delta one is the same as the Witsend

Yes, very tight. Had to take the backing board out to install it so you could allow it to flex.

I want to be out in the mountains but I am still stuck in Denver with electrical problems...I am completely at a loss. Does anyone have recommendations for a good shop that would be able to help? 1997 Collector's Edition. Everything was working fine and then it wasn't. SUPER frustrating. 😭😭😭
thanks everyone

I have no experience with Denver shops but did some quick searches here on the forum from prior recommendations and these two came up, further research online shows them highly recommended from some Reddit users too - maybe worth a call to find out! Good luck getting back on the road - hope you can get it diagnosed and repaired soon!

There is always SLEE but likely not easy just to stop in to get something worked on. If you don't mind going to Loveland, I have had good luck with these guys. The owner is a good guy and can likely get you in quick if needed. He always has loads of land cruisers in his lot. He might even be on here.
