I cleaned up the garage so I can work on it at some point I hope… I have a new oil pan, @TRAIL TAILOR fender apron seals, and @ChaserFJ60 USB charger and AC drier spacer. Just realized I bought some of those parts well over a year ago. Time flies… Garage is much more orderly than it was before. Have kids they said. It will be fun they said. Just kidding. Love my girls.

You’re doing good Alex. Being a dad is #1, although Land Cruisers are pretty cool too.

With all the family commitments during the day, I find getting up a good hour or two before the girls can be productive time in the garage! That is if you don't use loud equipment or yell while working on your rig!

Did a little AC top off this weekend, have come to realize I have a slow leak. Need to top it off every summer but blowing 51 at idle on a 82 degree day works for me.

It’s been a minute, but I got it from CityRacer back in 2021. It also has a usb charging port on bottom, which is nice since it plugs into the cig lighter.

Spent 8 hours yesterday doing paint correction followed by a thorough wax job, then wheel polish and interior detailing. Amazing that original paint is able to hold up this well! We took her into Houston to our favorite microbrewery this afternoon for a beer and early dinner. Was a 60 kind of a weekend!

Got some small stuff accomplished for a 9 day trip to western Colorado coming up very very soon. Coupla roof rack mods, interior doo-dads, oil change, suspension bolt re-torque, that sort of thing.

Changed the battery and oil and it fired right up after two years in the garage. I’ve missed this truck.

I forgot that the exhaust burbles on decel occasionally. Got the carpet finished up and it only took over a year to redo it all. Pictures on that soon.

That’s a fine looking 60 you have there. I dated my wife, raised my sons and hauled my kart in one identical to yours. I love my red 60, but the tan one will always be my favorite.
