I don't have a contact to pass along but have been trying to pour a slab on my sideyard for many many months. A friend was going to do it for me but getting concrete for small projects has been near impossible. Curious if you hear otherwise.

I'm perplexed why CR didn't go with a 6" width, as 5.5" limits modern tire installation in a lot of cases. For the recommended tire size, BFG, for example, states minimum rim width is 6"... in which case a place like Discount Tire will flat out...

This symptom is *very* close to another recent 62 starting issue thread, where the culprit was a faulty COR. The AFM/COR circuit needs to be closed to run the pump, and I would assume also let the ECU know to fire the injectors. Perhaps there's...

Thanks for that tip — yes, I need to get a light and will look for an old school one. Update on my issue: it was the COR. I sourced a similar relay at Auto Zone (Duralast 20098 60-0198), swapped it in and she fired right up and drove fine. I...

@LA Z is 100% correct, and based on the pics you've posted, I wouldn't assume *anything* until you confirm it 100%. And don't let that goop take all your focus, check every hose that connects to the intake, even all the vacuum lines. That's...

Your connector only supposed to have 6 pins in it, so that part is okay. However I would take really good look at your intake hose. ( red circle ) If that connection has a leak ( witch it seems from the white goop around it that at some...

Regarding air flow, check all your intake tubing and make sure everything is tight and that you don't have a leak - the rubber tubes commonly crack. This could cause similar behavior to what you're describing.

Have you confirmed the timing and valve clearances are correct per FSM?

I always have questions when I see a truck where the outside is one color and the inside or the engine bay or behind the panels is a second color.....this when looking at trucks for sale.

My first vehicle was red and I wasn't a fan of it. Probably my least favorite color for a 60. That said, I agree with the previous posts mentioning all the interior and engine bay panels - I think the only way to re-color is to tear it apart to...

That's a bummer start. I installed that same radiator (2708). Had to take it back out a few weeks later because the top seam was weeping. That was two years ago. Now the bottom seam is leaking. Not really happy with CSF. If I did it all...

This is a story of the most over-complicated and annoying inconvenience I've ever had ordering car parts in my life, which at the time of writing this, is still yet to be resolved. The time is long overdue for my FJ62 to get a new radiator so...

I sprayed Boeshield anti corrosion spray (using a straw) in my gutters for decades - maybe once a year. Filled the gutters and let it drip down the A-pillar gutter. It dries to a wax. After 30 years there was zero rust in the gutters and the car...

If it’s cracking and the only reason you aren’t fixing it is because of time; it will take much more time and money in the future when you want to fix the roof rust. In my experience, if it’s already cracking, you can peel out the old stuff in...

Great thread, thanks. I'm rebuilding a spare 3FE and while tearing it down, looked at the injectors for a minute before just setting them aside... Now would be a great time to send them out.

Well, I have a "2FE", its the 4.0L 3FE head on the 4.2L 2F block. The machine shop that machined my engine shaved down way too much of the surface on both the head and block of my engine causing me to have a much much higher compression than...
