Working on the exhaust right now. The y pipe is about complete. I have to run to work and cut some SS header flanges b/c the did not have them at summit in ss. Will post lots of pics tonight on the exhaust

HEY REGARDING welding those header flanges; if you want minimal warpage, get a piece of square aluminum hollow stock .500" wall or so, and bolt the flange to that while welding. It dissipates the heat and minimizes warping. A little extra work, but worth it in the end. If you got a mill/drill press it shouldn't be a problem..

Well I had to take out the rear heater hose lineset and reroute. It was in my way of progress to run the single pipe back to the muffler. So I intend to keep moving on the exhaust then I can redo the rear heater hoses later in the game. More pics tomorrow

Flowmaster super 44 series chambered in stainless. About 90 bucks at summit.

Do you know what wire engages the starter? The stock wire is in the engine harness. I started tracing the wire in my harness and it splits in 2 so I do not know which one.

PM sent. Pretty sure its a purple #10 gauge wire. Yellow is for alternator.

I just purchased a trailblazer SS FSM so I may be able to help other on wiring, GM tranny, fuel torque specs etc. If you need any info shoot me a PM.

Also ordered a set of 4" springs from Christo. The front end is so light now the truck actually is high in the front with 6" springs in front.

did you ever do anything with your rear heater hoses? Are the ones you removed the ones by the transfer case right around the frame rails?

Turns out I poked a small hole in mine during the install; the one in the trans tunnel. OOps.

I'm thinking about deleting the rear heat entirely.

I plan on routing mine to the outside of the frame rail to the rear heater.
