Brian still hasnt seen the rig after the volvo tires and splitties were installed.
I had to goto a truck tire shop to get them worked on. Did an awesome job and three of the rims balanced out perfect. The fourth rim has a pound of lead on one side but still didnt balance out. Its good for now. Ive also been working on adjusting the front end alignment. Im going to go the same route that Brian took and install FJ60 axles with a 62 axle up front.
I still experience a little death wobble from time to time but its better since I've been trying to get the front end trued up. Im running 28psi in each tire which brings the tire down pretty flat allowing the side lugs to touch and not wear the center of the rubber out.
Yesterday my wife drove the rig around town and an older fellow asked her how much she wanted for the pig... he said what ever your asking.... hmmmm? I told her next time tell them 10K ... then I can just get another pig and fix it up as well as getting the 130 project completed and getting Brian a better set of split rims to replace those.
