With help from wife and a glass weatherstripping shipment from @cityracer, got all the glass back in the Redneck 40. Easy Peasy! Whooooooooo, Roll cage next, need to paint as it is Gold. Maybe have it back on the road in a while.

The Redneck 40 got a new set of tires today mounted on some wheels I got from @Wadesters. 33x10.5x 15 BFG A/T. Now I have tre clearance and like the look. Wife wants a step stool to get in. The 40 is starting to roll now.

After sending the picture to a friend of mine he said I needed a Coon tail on the antenna,

Those tires look pretty small for soa. 35s would fill out the wheel well a little better. Those look like 30" tires due to the amount of suspension lift u have. Paint job looks great!

I want to thank this forum for all your help and input on this project. One year ago, I did not know squat about a 40. You have made a rocky road smooth. The help on here and the comradeship of people trying to save these wonderful machines is amazing. This 40 was made in Japan I guess, but she was rebuilt with parts sourced from all over this country. This Redneck owner was scared to tear it apart because I didn't want something to happen to me and leave a junkyard queen for my family to clean up. To all the many vendors I have used, thanks. I am grateful that I can drive her again and plan all the other projects, knuckles, leaks, new tre, etc,etc. Now if I can just find a coon tail for that antenna.

The Redneck man cave is on the way up. 24x28x10 ft ceiling, Lots of rain holding up progress along with high temperatures.

Rain is good for the concrete Adog ! It keeps the moisture content up to allow for consistent/stronger curing of the slab.

The Redneck garage is coming along nicely. Wife and I took the 40 for a short trip to Florala to a car show and boat drag races. 70 miles round trip in 95 degree heat. Decided 40 needs a fan shroud as it is stable but runs hotter than I want. I wonder why the shroud is missing.
