Good afternoon. I recently converted front drums to later model fj40 disc brakes with Toyota power brake unit. Still have factory rear drum, all new. Everything seems to be working as it should and bleed well, but still have to pump pedal. Should I go to a larger bore master cylinder, like a 1” 1/6” Thanks

Pumping always means air in system. Did you install disc brake calipers with bleeders up? If you accidently put calipers on opposite sides the bleeders will be down and you can never get all the air out (because it rises).
