So I have been wondering if I was becoming a hoarder. I had a number of Ping Pong tables break and I threw out the old wood and kept all the hardware. It's been sitting up in my garage for the last 5 or6 years.

The other day since I had gotten this awning thing I figured I would finish my idea of how I wanted to adorn the top. It was time to build the roof rack! I asked a local guy to bend me some round 90s and he seemed too busy to get it done. Looking around I spotted the table legs! Hell YEah

Got these lights from a buddy FREE. They are giant but I don't care. Can you say MacMaster RAD. My buddy, Dave, found these things to clamp the whole thing to the Yakima bars that I bouyght for this YEARS ago. Super bling.

Nicely done. Need to see some pics of that at KOH.

So I guess so begins the next part journey!

I am thinking alit if what I did tom the other but better.
-Got the rear flares at last!!!!
-New rockers- 4x4 tube seconding as air tanks.
-got some of bob’s front floor boards. Maybe won’t even need them
-mini rust fix drivers side floor right at that seam
- run a new rear sill like my last one, but a better angle to integrate some side protection.

Oh, my mind races! I wish I had more space at my house!

Ouch, I’m sore just looking at that contortionist nightmare, good luck!

My back seems to be moving I. That direction too, but when lower we were just able to pull the whole tarp out and onto the area needed. It was only in the back cargo area.
TrIler ?! Someday for sure! M104?

I am looking to put an AC in my rig down the road. Is this something that I could use in conjunction with a new after market system?

I'm no expert on the subject, but I would go with a more modern compressor. I bought the stock a/c system from a fellow mudder and used the stock controller and evaporator in the cab, but bought an aftermarket condenser and compressor under the hood.
With that said, if you could get your hands on the rest of the stock system, I'd say go for it.

Technically yes given enough time and money just about any combo of new and used parts “could” be made to work given the parts themselves are still good.

That compressor is only going to work with R-12 now, I wouldn’t invest in trying to build a modern A/C system around that pump unless I was trying to build a parts correct numbers matching restoration and that was the correct pump for my project. Assuming when you said “new aftermarket parts” this was not going to be the case.

Pumps are cheap and most all new pumps give you the option to run both R12 and R134a refrigerants, you’ll save quite a bit going to R134 to start.
