Slight problem I see here. You have the fuel rails with the regulator and return line AND a fuel filter with built in regulator and return.

Nothing drastic needed. I’ll detail what to do with a couple pics when I’m around my truck later. The cover sits way higher than it needs to.

I started early on a long weekend because this is my last one for a few weeks due to training. Stayed the night in @fourtrax garage trying to get done as much as possible.
Connected the wiring harness, but I'm missing something
. I have the PSI standalone wiring harness, but I don't seem to have these two plugs. Need to call them in the morning.
I installed the ARB diff breathers. Was going to do it anyway, but did it now because after the lift, the factory ones no longer reached. I also mocked up the intake tubes, and like @thatcabledude said, the water pump spout interferes.
Oh, and changes the fuel filter due to the conversation above.

During the time I was watching the master at work, I mocked up the hoses for the A/C, and did a little welding and grinding on the LC.

Ok, so what you need to do is whack a solid
1/2” to almost 3/4” off this:
Remove that threaded brass insert. The bit of plastic post that remains could still have a hole in the center. If not, drill one. Heat the brass insert just a little and tap it back into the hole.
It will now sit a lot lower. Take your time and clearance what now touches the TB and alternator.

Make sure to run the fuel lines outside of the frame rails. Avoids proximity to exhaust heat.A few weeks ago @fourtrax recommended adding a roll bar for stronger support and structure. So we've been doing a little bit of bending and welding.

Ok. I put the DEI sleeve over it, but I can move it to the other side.
We did a rollbar on Adam's too, but integrated with the bed since his cab is smaller. Good move for sure.
Can you run me through how you did that? I need to make lines for my swap and I really don't understand what I need or how to find it.

Sure. Bought this list of parts from Cold Hose (everyone recommends this place):
# 8 90 Degree O-ring Fitting R-134a 16mm Discharge Port.
# 10 45 Degree O-ring Fitting R-134a 13mm Suction Port.
# 10 (1/2") Standard Barrier A/C Hose (Ordered 3').
# 8 (13/32") Standard Barrier A/C Hose (Ordered 3').
14.5MM Tube to #10 Hose Straight Compression Fitting.
12mm Tube to #8 Hose Straight Compression Fitting.
LS Swap AC Compressor adapter fittings for Denso 10S17F & 10S20F (I think cold hose sells these or you can find on ebay/Amazon).
You will cut these parts and reuse off your existing AC hoses.

Those plugs on the transmission are for the gear position. Park/neutral safety, reverse lights, 1-4th indicator, nothing to do with the engine harness or management.
You will wire that to the original 80 body harness to make everything in the 80 work. A plug and play solution for this is on my list but is way down there.
