Maybe some pictures of your headers and routing of exhaust. There was someone else also on a current build that ran some Sanderson type headers. They notched out the running board mount with a 3" hole saw.. Then the muffler in behind the rock slider mounts.

Worked well, floors got warm, though.
I had my saginaw mount pull-off the inside of the frame at KOH a couple years ago, so I made my mount look like this to move some of the forces to the outside of the frame rail.

I need a fuel delivery system and looking for recommendations and advice.
This is my first Rodeo, hence support needed. I done my homework and search Mud and Pirate without great data.
Any support would be greatly appreciated.
I would like to run a fuel cell as well.

If you want an off the shelf option : 2004 Tahoe in-tank pump works well for me in a stick tank. Only time I hear it is just before start up. Theoretically, an in tank pump willl last longer due to the fluid around it cooling it. I found an inner mounting ring at Tank, Inc and fabbed the outer one. Details are in my build.
