Just got my first FJ, been a Jeep guy my whole life. I am very happy to join the FJ family. Here's a picture of my new ride and my old one. As you can see it's definately an upgrade from the Jeep.

Nice rigs, I do mean both. The only thing, I bet you get more looks in the 40.
It's not that I need anything else, but there is always, Longfields', ARB's, a Saginaw setup, Profitt's 4-link on the rear end and SOA on the front, new rear bumper and sliders, you know the basics. Got to get it done while I'm still single and can still spend MY money.

Yeah, bought it about a week ago. I'm in Afghanistan right now, I'm having it shipped back to Texas. I can't wait to drive the freakin thing.

If you find out the color paint they used, let me know. I know that the roof was not painted yet, so I assume you will be getting that info. Anyway, I love the color. It looks like the Chyrsler color (notice I did not say heep) that I have been focusing on.

If you are going to be there for a few weeks, PM me your mailing instructions. Every FJ owner I have met has been a great person, and everyone in uniform is someone whom I respect.

BJ not FJ
not an FJ but a BJ42 1984. 90% rust free. flew 2000Klms or 1300miles foughly. to buy it with out seeing it till i was handing over the cash. was a bit of a trill
drove home in 16hrs, straight thru with a few toilet breaks. but she didnt miss a beat or use any oil.
