Nice acquirement! You will be happy to have the whole set up, once they are mounted and installed.
FWIW - The first time installing the hubcaps can be difficult. You may want to take a straight claw hammer and put the claw in a few of the hubcap springs, and work it back and forth a little, but NOT with enough force to re-bend the springs. Or maybe you can hit a few of the springs with a rubber mallet to loosen them up. I recommend installing & removing the hubcaps a few times with the tire & rim flat on the ground.....$.02
