Before the LT swap with minor trimming i was tucking 33.5s in low at full turn with zero rubbing. Now the arms have moved the tire forward 1+ in and out 4 in. So plenty of room at the body mount. But I was making contact at front bumper. Trimmed that temporarily till dissent off-road bumpers arrive next month. But now I make contact at top of wheel well when I run hard cause the tires stick out 4 in. I got rubber rash as seen in photo.... plan is to add strut spacer to move the shock down this move shocks range of motion to my ride height.... then add hydrolic bump stops....
Thanks. I’m planning on going more dedicated build with my white ‘13 LX as well in the next couple of years when I get my next truck (probably a cyber truck or Rivian?). I off road quite hard and often, will at least do a front number/Winch, for sure won’t go wider then the wheel wells, but May go up to 34 or 35’s.

Went with a Super Pro 15mm rear spacer from Cruiser Outfitters. Fits perfect, super easy install.
Yes, they work. That is what I had mine on first before moving it to my 200.
I would specifically look for 200 ones if you plan on reusing the stock bump stops. The 200 ones are wider in diameter than the 100 and will not fit in the spacer. I ordered some Dobinson ones a few years back and had to trim the bump stops to make them fit in the spacer.
Edit: thought they were TT but realized it was Dobinson Spacers.

Thanks, I'm planning to use the stock bump stops. I'll keep searching to see if I find 200 series specific ones.

The rear spacers I've found so far are what has been posted here.
The Superpro SPF3287-15K 15mm, it also comes in 10mm.
The OEM 48373-60010 I believe is 10mm but I'm not sure.

My question:
I have a 2011. Moving the AHC brackets to lift puts added pressure on the AHC and less on the coils, correct? Any long term affects? If spacers are used, will this put pressure back onto the coils?

Yes, probably not to a healthy AHC system, Yes
If you can find a set of used Land Cruiser springs to swap in instead of the LX coils you'll be doing yourself a HUGE favor.
Have any links/threads of anyone doing this? Seems like this would take all the weight off the AHC actuators rendering AHC useless. LX springs are much softer than LC springs. I've heard of people doing it on the 100 series, but they didn't use 100 series springs, they used 80 series springs that split the difference between the AHC and non AHC 100 series springs by spring rate.

@1world1love has lx470 aftermarket AHC springs installed with his setup I believe. King springs and Terrain tamer are the only two options. I only think it has been done with the Terrain Tamer brand on an LX570 so far though.

I wouldn’t install non-AHC springs from a 200 on a 200 with AHC.
Having too little load supported by AHC can be just as bad as too much. The system relies on an appropriate portion of the load to be on the AHC system, to provide adequate damping and control via the hydraulic portion of the suspension.
This could work if one was really built out super heavy. I recall one diesel overland build overseas that was full timing in his rig utilizing standard LC coils.
I have airbags in my rear AHC coils. I also have 30mm spacers. Spacers to statically compensate for sensor lift. Airbags to compensate for towing loads and to be able to level the car front/back and side/side for car camping.
AHC is fine up to about 1800lbs stock. With sensor lifts, the load capacity to get into full high mode decreases. Same with too much weight beyond 1800lbs. I'm able to expand that payload capacity and still get into high with airbags. Importantly, I'm able to adjust the airbags depending on loads, and still always get into low. Too much static spring rate may not allow the system to get into low any longer, and/or limit articulation off-road.
