That's an excellent question, and honestly, there are diminishing returns in your circumstances. If it were me, I would look at how the sliders are attached. Are they done in such a way that you could have a fabricator cut and angle them upwards...

Not that I have encountered yet. But, keep in mind the two vehicles that I've now done both happen to be '08 LX's. Brake lines are certainly fine, but the first thing that should be considered are any aftermarket accessories that have been added...

Yes! At least for the 1" BL, it should be able to drop back in with all tie points setup as factory. The 1.5" is probably doable too for the front but rear would be tight or require more cutting. For those on factory Tupperware, I would highly...
