Hello all - the main AHC pump in my 2010 started leaking so I bought a new one from Japan and had my local mechanic install it, along with 4 new globes (they have several customers w 100/200 series but had not worked on AHC before).

I got it back end of day yesterday and looking at it now there are 2 issues: level and operation.

Level: The rear left wheel is 3” higher than the others. From center of wheel on level ground the heights are as follows

FL-20”, FR-18.5”, RL-23.5”, RR-20.5”

Operation: upon testing ‘Low’ it physically lowered for about 2 seconds. But I measured again and the height had barely changed at any wheel. At the same time, the dashboard indicator just kept flashing as though it was still on its way to low. It never stoped flashing so I tried sending back to N.

Upon pushing ‘Up’ the pump came on for a few seconds but stopped much quicker than I’m used to. The dashboard indicator, again just kept flashing as though it was still attempting to get back to neutral. This was the same for ‘High’.

Turning the vehicle off and on stops the flashing at whatever height (L,N,H) that it was working towards when shut off.

Anyway, everyone’s closed for the weekend and came to see if there’s any obvious symptoms on display here. Thanks a lot.

UPDATE… rear left height sensor appears damaged. I’m able to adjust it with my fingers and when turning the vehicle back on it reacts to the new voltage. I suspect that’s the root of all the issues. Will update otherwise.
