The TRS 80mm rubber housing caps fit perfectly on the back of our housings and give you plenty of room. Just another option.

I have a set ............it wasn't the depth clearance i needed. The D2S Morimoto XB igniter mounts at 90 degrees so its the width that made me change to the straight adapters.

Coupler and ball snaps arrived and the brackets are getting cut Thursday. With the addition of the two extra pieces I should have a price for you by late Monday. Setting up a vendor account and a few small business details so I should be able to start shipping the first week of August. I really appreciate the input the suggestions and your patience. With the projectors mounted to the brackets you'll be able to install your new setup in 10 minutes per side.

That's the factory headlights. Not modified. Busted loose from an accident. Figured I retrofit the new headlights before I install them.

OK I thought you'd already retrofitted your headlights so you're actually going to order new OEM lights and open them up? I have a brand-new set sitting in boxes in my kitchen right now. If that's the case let me know what pricing you get for the OEMs because I work for Lexus and I may be able to source them a little cheaper. My cost is approximately 10% over actual dealer cost

Some of you have asked me what you need to order for the Mini H1 setup. TRS is recommending Bi-Xenon: Morimoto Mini H1 Stage III
The kit includes free shrouds which you will not use. Let them know that you're working with the LX470 and they will include the correct high beam splitter
I would also order retrorubber sealant and one 12 inch 9006 extension wire

What is the correct high-beam splitter? I ordered and have received my set already. Would also need to pick up the single 12 inch 9006 extension....what is that used for?

Thanks.

Verify with TRS but I believe it's 9005 to 9005/9006.... I needed the extension to connect the ballast farthest from the battery but i did run my wiring on the backside of my bumper. If you run the wiring up under the lip of the radiator support you can reach it without the extension.

I ordered the brackets on Friday. There will be 50 pairs of the Mini H1 brackets and 10 pairs of the D2S 4.0 Brackets. On Tuesday I should be a vendor and set up a new thread.

Pricing: Mini H1 Brackets and hardware $95.00 pair pair

D2S 4.0 Brackets and hardware $110.00 per pair
Shipping is included for US and Canada

The D2S brackets cost more due to the small run

Awesome, this is great, and a more than reasonable price for the work you've put in! As I'm sure you will, please post here with the link to the new thread once you put them up for sale. Can't wait!

Thanks again.

Best light output and bi-xenon functionality on an 06 lx470 - should I go d2s 4.0 or mini h1?

Please post pictures with pricing.

There are picture on Page 6 and pricing is 6 post up on this page. I will create a thread where you can buy them as soon as I'm a vendor. I'll post a few here for you. The thread is pretty informative as to why I decided to have these made the process and all the great suggestions from fellow members
