I just bought a 04 lx470 about a week ago and I am trying to find some of the OEM lexus wheels. The guy I bought it from put Fuel wheels and they make me sick. Anyone have any they want to get rid of? It still has the AHC and I am going to ride that out until it goes then it will be time for a lift and all the fixins. This is also my first post so thank you guys for letting me in!
In Texas I regularly see factory wheels for the 03-05 on FB marketplace asking around $100 a piece. I have an 07 that had the wheels chromed, and they are starting to go bad. A lot harder to find the 06/07 wheels in decent shape, though. If you plan on wheeling a lot, you can also use the 16" wheels from the 98-02 trucks, which will get you more sidewall.
Keep the AHC up. Its cheaper to maintain it than replace it, and its superior to a conventional setup. Read the ABCs of AHC thread and get it tuned up.
Definitely check FB marketplace. I see wheels and tires for sale on there all the time for $250 or less. Also check for wheels for the LX570 and 200 Series Land Cruiser. Those wheels will fit also (with spacers).

Thank you for the advice. I keep bouncing between keeping the ahc and doing something else. I have a wholesale account at Lexus so I get parts stupid cheap. I could refresh the ahc system for at most a quarter of the cost of switching conventional. That's down the road a little bit though.
