Turned out really nice, better than I thought it would look when I opened this thread. :D Very nice job!!!

looks great,
how many gallons did you end up using for the whole job??

It took 3 gallons of liner to get the proper thickness. (I'm the guy spraying in the pics) Total weight is probably 30lbs of liner. Not much at all.

See above.

Seems like it would be really hard to wash (if you even do that when you line it). The spray-on liner on my f-250 was black and ended up with red clay stains on it

Wow, that looks great! That just might have to be the route I will go with on mine (currently blue metallic/gray interior), as the OEM paint is failing rapidly. I just need to settle on a color...maybe matte gray or case gray (with the vinyl flattener additive). Thanks for sharing!

I would imagine you could just hit it with the power washer and be done.

Add me to the list of those thinking that its about time for paint so why not just line the whole thing.

That is SWEET. I think I'll do mine in black...

I don't think it would be too hard to wash. As said above, a pressure washer should be able to take care of any dirt. When you get close to it, you can see that there aren't really any crevasses for dirt to get stuck in. Just high and low spots. You might have to scrub it with the brush at the wash, but nothing more.

Thanks for all the compliments!

that is one of the few lined trucks that i have seen and liked, looks great!

It's official, my wife loves the finish, but wants reports on how it holds-up. Very nice job looks great.

Looks really nice, but your 80 was my favorite color on them.

I like mine being white but its pretty plain :frown:

I saw wanted to line my 80 with white lining but a few friends who were cops told me not to cause it's a problem while traveling in the Middle Eastern region. Then I realized they don't have white lining here! :oP

Looks really good. I love the color of dirt. Black really isn't the best color for a woods rig. Might have to do something similar. How did you mask/spray around the doors?
