So, I installed the whole enchilada last night. Ever thing seemed to fit well. I am going to fabricate a bracket right before the inlet of the muffler. Everything is still loose and needs to be tweaked before tightening.

If we are looking at the '77 40 in his signature, it does have Saginaw PS.

I am hoping/praying that the steering rod will miss the header. The body is currently at the body shop getting painted. From the pictures I took during disassembly, I believe it should miss the front tube since the stock exhaust manifold sticks out further then the header.

@FJROSS - If you are worried about the steering column, I can say that @S14B23Racer optimized extensively for fit with the factory steering column.

I know that the header fits the @PabloCruise 40, which is running 60 series PS. Since you are running Saginaw, your column will go longer and lower.

I think you should be good.
