73 fj40 F engine No timing mark on flywheel?

turned my engine by hand several full rotations and can’t find a timing mark. There’s no line or BB on the flywheel
Working with a 1973 F engine 3 speed.
Any help is appreciated.

I bet there is. Sometimes it's easier to find from underneath with the flywheel cover removed

Well, I’ll look again but I looked for it 2 different times now. If it’s not there, I’m wondering if someone used a non factory flywheel at some point.

I stand corrected! There is a BB. It was a little rusty and blended in with the rest of the flywheel.

Now clean it up and paint it a pretty color so you can always find it.

White out white, or junkyard paint marker yellow.
