Glad the electric power steering working out!

What brand brake conversion did you buy? What you describe isn't right, but I'm glad you got it going. It sounds like you are never going on a trip with it, but I've had to rebuild brakes in a hotel parking lot in the rain, so you want everything worked out before hand
I got everything from BTB. Wilwood up front and whatever their kit is for the back. I feel like maybe the calipers should be on the front side of the axle or something. I know you want the bleeder on the top of the caliper, so I feel like it’s right. I don’t know. I’ve taken the off and on at least 3 times trying to make it work. I must be an idiot cause I just don’t understand.

Post up some pics so we can see what your issue is.

Hope this sheds some light on what I made happen. I have more pics on my I-pad. Will locate more of the finished product.

The system has worked flawlessly other than the $2 fuse unit that it came with. Go figure!!! Fix bad fuse contact.

It really is working extremely well. No pump or hydraulics in the engine bay.

Game changer for old men with bad shoulders.

I used jt outfitters kit for the 4 wheel disc setup. Monte carlo calipers and there simple bracket. the calipers sit on backside of the axle. that kit from manafree your using is pretty much identical for the rear. jt outfitters has a link to a half ok video of someone doing a complete install. it took me watching it and pausing in a few spots to be able to see the rear axle set up but its there. I can pull a wheel after a bit and get some photos of where mine sits for reference.

the wheel spacer is just to able to to keep stock 15" wheels on. i dont remember which side driver or passenger had to do quite a bit of grinding on the caliper for it to drop into place and both holes line up.
